Get your names down for the 2019/20 pairs league

We’re open for booking for the new season’s Lure Anglers Canal Club pairs league for club members. Round 1 is at Hatton Locks on Saturday March 16. All the usual rules apply, with one slight change agreed at the club’s AGM last week. Largest pike caught will no longer qualify for five bonus points, as it’s more often than not the only pike caught. Pike will continue to count towards overall length as normal.

We’ll be fishing from bridge 51 in the north down to bridge 61 on the outskirts of Warwick, giving us five miles of fishing. Parking will be at the pay and display at Hatton locks. Don’t forget, no fishing on the stretch for competitors from March 7.
