Steve and Derek win at Warwick with 906 cm

A cold and biting wind greeted the 11 pairs as they set off for round 2 of the pairs league at Warwick.

Fears that it would affect the fishing were soon put to rest as more than 150 fish came to the net.

Congratulations to Steve Wilson and Derek Holmes who ran out clear winners with 906cm. Second were Team No Name of Vidar Thomassen and Alan Brown with 610cm and third were Perchinators of Paul Claydon and Ben Wall with 503cm.

Bonus points for biggest zander went to Asia Davies of Top of the Class for her 44cm fish and for biggest perch to Alan Brown of Team No Name for his 33cm fish.
