Join us for round 2 of our members-only pairs league at Warwick on Saturday, September 26, 2026, 7am. Entry is £10 for a team of two. Entries close at noon on Thursday, September 24. Please note we will be using the Scores Jungle app for this and all future pairs league matches. You should download the app to your mobile device and create an account if you do not already have one. There will be an opportunity to practise by entering a sample catch before the actual competition goes live.
The match will be held on the Grand Union Canal between bridge 54 at Hatton (///holidays.suppose.unfounded) and bridge 23 Stockton Road, Stockton (///impulse.slept.beep). This time only your four biggest perch and four biggest zander will count towards your score. Teams with a full card will automatically finish ahead of those without a full card, irrespective of total length. To ensure this is reflected in the leaderboard, bonus points will be awarded in the Scores Jungle app for a full card. There are no sections, so you can fish anywhere along the competition stretch. Fishing is from 7.45am-1.45pm.

Pairs league round 2 Warwick
Saturday September 26, 2026, 7am
7am – Meet in car park at the end of Welton Road. No parking on building side. All cars to be parked on the canal side even if it means double parking.
7.15am – Competition Briefing
7.25am – Competitors can head off on foot or in car
7.45am – Fishing starts
1.45pm – Fishing ends on towpath and competitors return to Welton Road on foot or in car.
2.30pm – results and prize-giving
